A. The installation process checks for the following:
     Compatible browser
          - Internet Explorer 4.01 SP2 (4.72) or newer
     Windows Media Player and Plugin

This check has three options from the Prerequisite Check Page
'Option 1' Auto Install using Installshield's "One-Click InstallTM" technology.
'Option 2' Download Complete installation file (for Power Users or those with special firewall configurations)
'Option 3' I already have what I need

Q: While I am running the setup process it says my security settings are set too high, what do I do?
A: There are two possibilities here:
  1. If you are behind a firewall/proxy it may be configured to block Active X calls. If this is the case talk to your security administrator about adding NetCertification as a trusted site.
  2. Check your browser Internet security zone setting and insure it is set at default: For IE > Click on Tools > Internet Options > Select the Security tab > The first zone, Internet, should be set at Medium. If not click the Default Level button and then click Apply.
